Virtual Reality is not a new concept as it originally dates back to the mid-nineties. The first commercially available VR headset was released in 1991 by SEGA and was intended to be used in conjunction with the SEGA Mega Drive console. At the time they had used LCD screens within the headset, but these were not the same HD LCD screens that we have today. One can imagine how the VR experience back then was cutting edge, although probably abit pixelated and not as beautiful and detailed as the experiences that are available today.
The reason as to why VR has made a comeback in the 21 st century is primarily due to the advances made in technology, but more specifically mobile technology. Since the inception of the smartphone it has radically changed the way we interact and live in the world around us, now again it seems to be the platform that will lead us into a new era, a virtual era in which the possibilities are virtually endless.
Real VR was founded in 2015, as a Virtual Reality and Future Technology Company. We specialize in providing our customers with a quality VR experience.
